模組日常落塵髒污清洗面板後的性能變化約在2~3%。而遇到一些特殊的情況下的髒汙有可能造成性能更差的狀況。如左圖受到堤防及路面工程的施作所造成的髒汙，性能相差達到了5~6%。雖然面板因傾斜角度有自我清潔的作用，但台灣雨季集中，要達到模組的高效能，在無雨的季節中定時清洗面板是必須的。
